System Pavers is growing rapidly, and we are looking to expand our sales team with motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants. In this position, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs and help bring their vision to life by discussing options, project estimates, and personalized design solutions.

• Nearly unlimited earning potential (top performers earning $200k+).
• W-2 employment with full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and a 401K with company match.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make initial contact with clients via company-generated appointments and build rapport.
• Assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the construction department for a seamless experience.
• Use company technology for designing projects and submitting contracts.
• Generate leads in your personal pipeline alongside company leads.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous successful sales experience or strong interest in starting a sales career.
• Comfort with basic office programs and learning new technology.
• Valid driver’s license and meeting driving insurance guidelines.
• Passion for home improvement or experience in high-level customer service (e.g., windows, bathrooms, solar, hospitality, auto sales, real estate) is a plus.
