Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is recruiting Outside Sales Representatives to conduct in-home consultations, assess homeowner needs, and deliver tailored renovation solutions. You will join a team with comprehensive training and a supportive management group in a high-commission environment.

This role emphasizes face-to-face client engagements, professional presentation, and a track record in sales. A driver’s license and clean driving record are required to travel between homes and complete appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement or similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
