Job summary

Best Tile in Charlotte is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new ones in a full-time role. You will travel across the territory, promote our tile and natural stone products, and provide outstanding service to remodelers, contractors, and designers.

Located in the Charlotte area, you will plan your travel, set weekly goals, and leverage strong presentation and communication skills to meet targets and grow market share.

• Meet and promote product line to remodelers, builders, contractors, business owners, fabricators, and design professionals.
• Job site visits with or without Manufacturer reps to develop relationships and problem-solve.
• Follow up daily with new leads provided by branch associates.

The Outside Sales Professional will:

Have STRONG PLANNING SKILLS! Plan your weekly, monthly, and quarterly travel within the territory. The job requires extensive travel throughout the territory. Therefore you must plan accordingly so that you avoid criss-crossing your territory unnecessarily.

Set and convey your goals weekly. Achieve them weekly!

Develop and continually refine your customer target list. The goal is to drive new business into the locations.

Meeting and promoting our product line to remodelers, builders, contractors, business owners, fabricators, and design professionals

Job site visits with or without Manufacturer reps to problem solve and develop the “Go to” relationship with existing and potential customers stated above.

Impromptu face to face meetings. “Shaking the bushes” with existing and new customers to discover their needs and how we can help them achieve their goals.

Follow up daily with new leads provided by the branch associates.

Service: Remodelers, Builders, Contractors, Business Owners, Fabricators, and Design Professionals
