Job summary

The Tile Shop in Tempe, AZ is seeking a proactive sales associate who greets customers, builds lasting relationships and educates clients on tile and installation options. You will work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, commission-driven setting, helping customers select materials and coordinating orders with store teams.

You should be an excellent people person with a strong work ethic, comfortable with numbers and basic computer tasks, and able to multitask under pressure.

Job Description

45K to 75K expected 1st year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
