Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Appropriate Funeral Director License in Specific States Only required.
• First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification Dignity University.
• 2–5 years of B2C or inside homes/remote sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Convert company-provided leads into sales.
• Maintain a network of customers from company-provided leads.
• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new leads.
• Communicate with customers to identify needs and suggest products.
• Demonstrate product or service utility based on customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Daily use of Salesforce or applicable CRM system.
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly calls, training, and block time for in-office or home.
• Report daily, weekly, monthly sales and appointments to Sales Manager.
• Comply with industry compliance during the sales process.
