• Funeral Director License in the respective state is required.
• First 30 days of employment include PAA Curriculum Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Convert company provided leads into sales.
• Maintain a network of customers from company provided leads.
• Build and maintain a network to identify new sales leads.
• Identify and understand customer product or service needs; suggest suitable products or services.
• Demonstrate products/services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Use CRM systems daily (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly calls, training, and floor time in office or remotely.
• Report daily, weekly, monthly sales and appointments to Sales Manager.
• Comply with industry regulations throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
