Job Description: Fluid Power Outside Sales

We currently have an exciting Fluid Power Outside Sales opportunity based in the Austin or San Antonio, TX metropolitan area. In this role, you will develop new business with support from our knowledgeable customer service team and managers.

Essential Functions

1. Work with your Manager to create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
2. Conduct full-cycle prospecting activities including qualifying leads, cold calling, and delivering sales presentations.
3. Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
4. Utilize tools, resources, and CRM systems to plan and manage your territory and schedule.

Experience, Education, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a 2-year technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power, or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
• 1-3 years of industrial or technical outside sales experience.
• Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license; occasional overnight travel may be required.
