Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in core and emerging industries and markets to meet yearly sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization, ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers to diversify the customer base.
  • Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
  • Share market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization, fostering strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing valuable input for sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Attend monthly business meetings, engage in local trade shows, and represent the organization in regional or national activities as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Same as above or relevant experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Operation of a Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle, with operation exceeding 20% of work week.
  • Acceptance of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report as part of the hiring process.
Work Environment
  • Indoor, comfortable setting with infrequent unpleasant conditions.
  • Mostly sitting with opportunities to move about; occasional lifting of light articles.
  • Overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
