Job Description
Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Hot Springs, AR, to make a real impact daily. Your role involves developing relationships with business owners, collaborating with various departments for onboarding, managing your pipeline via Salesforce, preparing presentations, educating clients about payment processing, maintaining communication with sales leadership, and closing sales to meet minimum requirements. Compensation is commission-based.

Qualifications
We seek curious, empathetic individuals motivated by meaningful work, aligned with our core values, positive, adaptable, and strategic. Candidates should have at least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license, ability to work independently and in teams, proactive lead sourcing skills, and a strong drive to achieve goals. Location flexibility for remote work within the region is required.
