Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Rochester, NY, to make a meaningful impact daily. Each conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customer experience.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
  2. Collaborating with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments for onboarding
  3. Managing your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
  4. Preparing presentations and proposals with electronic applications
  5. Educating merchants and owners about the payment processing industry
  6. Maintaining regular communication with sales leadership
  7. Closing sales to meet minimum requirements
  8. Compensation will be based on commissions

Required qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

  • Proactive lead sourcing via prospecting, cold-calling, networking
  • Self-motivated learner with strong goal orientation
  • Alignment with our core values and being a good human
  • Location: Fully remote, with eligibility to work and regional presence
