Job Description
Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Harrisburg, PA, to make a meaningful impact daily. Every conversation, code, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
  • Manage your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals with Clearent by Xplor’s electronic tools
  • Educate merchants and business owners about the payment processing industry
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leadership
  • Close sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements
  • Compensation will be based on commissions
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with strong goal achievement drive

  • Location: Fully remote work permitted, with regional presence required
