Job Description
Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Rochester, NY to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into the Regional Sales Director, some of the responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
2. Work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
3. Manage your pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce
4. Prepare presentations and proposals using Clearent by Xplor’s electronic applications
5. Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
6. Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership
7. Close sales of our payment processing services to meet minimum requirements
8. Compensation will be based on commissions

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hunter mentality, professionalism, integrity, high urgency
- Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking
- Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented
- Alignment with our core values and being a good human
- Location: Fully remote, with the ability to be in your regional field
