Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process. You will present estimates, close sales, and maintain relationships with clients while working with a strong support team.

This role emphasizes field activity, outdoor work, and career growth within a nationwide leader. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to succeed in this outside sales position.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
• Proven track record in sales (preferred).
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
