Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and varies based on factors such as role scope, location, skills, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

Salary Range

$48,700.00 - $80,400.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This is an entry-level position requiring successful completion of training to advance to Claim Professional, Outside Property. The role involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims of lesser value and complexity, ensuring quality claim handling throughout the process. The position is fully remote, servicing Insureds/Agents in Northwest AR and Little Rock, AR.

What Will You Do?
  • Complete required training through online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job methods, possibly involving travel.
  • Handle 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
  • Establish accurate damage scopes, utilize innovative technologies, investigate facts, determine coverage, and establish reserves.
  • Negotiate claim settlements, communicate decisions, and maintain compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, manage claim files, and perform administrative duties.
  • Identify claims requiring special investigation or subrogation, and escalate as needed.
  • Attend legal proceedings when necessary, and maintain required licenses.
  • Perform physical inspections, including climbing ladders safely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or at least two years of related experience.
  • Strong ownership attitude and customer focus.
  • Intermediate communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced work.
  • Basic analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license preferred.
What Is a Must Have?
  • High School Diploma or GED plus one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Valid driver’s license.
