Sears is hosting an Outside Project Sales Consultant opportunity in Houston, TX. Earn between $50K–$80K, with top performers over $100K, through full-time commission-based compensation. No door-to-door required; you’ll meet clients via pre-qualified visits and a national sales center, supported by paid training and a robust commission structure.

Qualifications

• Extensive local market area travel required using a personal vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Strong customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Able to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
• Excellent contract negotiation and written/verbal communication.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments across the local market area.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments with customers.
• Present home improvement products and close sales.
• Maintain professional relationships and provide product information.
• Occasional travel and weekend hours as volume requires.
