Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV, is seeking an Outside EVS Porter to help maintain the exterior areas of the hotel and casino. You will support cleanliness and presentation while delivering courteous guest service.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a safe, welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning entrances, walkways, and grounds, complying with Title 31 and other regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of janitorial or porter experience in a casino or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Clean and maintain all exterior hotel and casino areas, including entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of bio-hazardous materials
• Ensure all outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and attractive throughout your shift
• Abide by all company policies, procedures, and department standards
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
