Aquarius Gaming, LLC is looking for an EVS Porter to support Environmental Services across guest and team member areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that aligns with our service standards. You will help maintain cleanliness and appearance of public spaces and restrooms.

The role requires at least 1 year of janitorial or porter experience in a casino or similar setting, strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Qualificações

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including slot machines, chairs, slot stands, fixtures, signs, mirrors, and light fixtures (up to 9 feet).
• Clean public restrooms, including wiping surfaces, sanitizing toilets/urinals, emptying trash containers, and restocking paper products.
• Remove debris from floors and walkways, vacuum carpets, and mop, sweep, and scrub floors as needed.
• Stock cleaning supplies and empty/clean trash containers regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
