Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years dealership parts experience.
• Strong data entry, telephone, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take and clarify customer orders, retrieve and sell parts.
• Enter sales into the sales/inventory system and process payments.
• Maintain parts databases and inventory control.
• Answer customer questions on products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
• Identify prospects and pursue new customers; meet quotas.
• Work in office, shop, and outdoors as needed; travel required.
