Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group, seeking an Outside Parts Salesperson in McDonough, GA. You will develop and achieve maximum profitable sales from assigned accounts in a designated territory, analyzing customer operations to determine future parts, service and truck requirements.

Responsibilities include planning territory coverage, calling on key accounts, processing orders, promoting products, and maintaining literature.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.
• Computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and achieves maximum sales volume for parts and labor services.
• Oversees operations of assigned customers and advises on inventory and services.
• Plans territory coverage and regularly calls on key accounts.
• Takes orders, promotes products, and provides literature as needed.
• Completes weekly customer call sheets and manages expenses.
• Promotes all MHC product and service offerings including RoadForce, Service, Body Shop, Truck Sales, Leasing, Carrier and Finance.
• Investigates customer complaints and refers to the appropriate manager.
• Assists counter personnel with orders, deliveries, returns, inventory and other tasks.
