LEAD Staffing in Norfolk seeks an Outside Machinist Lead Marine with extensive naval ship mechanical experience. Navy repair background and NAVSEA familiarity are highly valued. The candidate must be DBID badge eligible to access naval bases and willing to work on-site in a shipyard environment.
Responsible for installing and maintaining shipboard systems, reading blueprints, and coordinating safety-critical tasks. Weekend OT may be required to meet project timelines and safety standards.
