Asteris Lending is seeking ambitious Loan Originators to join our growing sales team. Build your own book of business while working with a leading private lender serving real estate investors nationwide.

As a Loan Originator, you will originate business-purpose loans, structure financing for Fix & Flip, New Construction, DSCR, and other investment loans, and develop long-term investor relationships across the country.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Business Purpose Lending (BPL).
• Experience in Private or Hard Money Lending.
• Investor-focused mortgage lending experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Nationwide mortgage licensing is a plus.
• Understanding of loan structures and residential investment strategies.
• Experience with construction and renovation financing.

Responsibilities

• Originate business-purpose loans for professional real estate investors nationwide.
• Structure financing solutions for Fix & Flip, New Construction, DSCR Rental, Bridge, and related loans.
• Build and grow nationwide borrower pipeline and develop referral relationships.
• Educate borrowers on financing strategies and guide them from inquiry to closing.
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, capital markets, and closing teams.

As a Loan Originator, you will play a key role in originating loans, developing long-term investor relationships, and helping clients grow their real estate portfolios. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in Business Purpose Lending (BPL), Residential Commercial Real Estate (Resi-CRE), NON-QM, DSCR, Fix & Flip, and New Construction lending who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000-$500,000+

What You'll Do

• Originate business-purpose loans for professional real estate investors nationwide.
• Structure financing solutions for:
• Fix & Flip
• New Construction
• DSCR Rental Loans
• Bridge Loans
• Portfolio and Blanket Loans
• Build, manage, and grow your own nationwide pipeline of borrowers.
• Develop referral relationships with investors, brokers, builders, Realtors, and other real estate professionals.
• Educate borrowers on financing strategies and loan products.
• Guide borrowers through the financing process from initial inquiry through closing.
• Partner closely with underwriting, processing, capital markets, and closing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
