Knox Financial Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in life insurance products. You will cultivate strong client relationships, assess needs, and present tailored solutions.

The role requires independent work, travel within the assigned Florida territory, and meeting aggressive sales targets in a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the flexibility to work a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one; license assistance provided.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and lead generation using our platform to target qualified candidates for life insurance products.
• Client consultations to assess financial goals and insurance needs; present tailored options.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to position offerings effectively.
• Keep accurate records of activities and progress toward targets for reporting.
