Turf Masters Brands is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and promote lawn care services to residential and commercial clients in the Nashville area.

You will conduct in-person consultations, present service packages, manage CRM data, and plan efficient routes to maximize coverage while hitting sales targets. A base salary plus commissions is provided, with growth opportunities in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong ability to learn and explain agronomic terms to customers.

Responsabilités

• Identify and target prospective customers through referrals, networking, and leads.
• Conduct in-person consultations to assess lawn care needs and propose treatments.
• Present and sell lawn care services, products, and packages to clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Plan daily routes and appointments to maximize efficiency and coverage.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions toward goals.
• Develop deep knowledge of company lawn care products and services.
