As an Allstate Sales Consultant, you will do more than sell insurance—you’ll help customers protect what matters most while building a purposeful career backed by a Fortune 100 brand.

You will drive local sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building within your community and surrounding areas. Identifying coverage gaps and offering comprehensive insurance solutions will be key to your success. Building strong referral relationships will also be essential.

This role requires full licensing and is ideal for driven professionals with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses who are passionate about community engagement, solution-based selling, and delivering excellent customer experiences. We support your success from day one, with licensing fee reimbursements available for eligible new hires (up to $400 per license).

Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually with a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and an annual bonus.

What You’ll Do
Drive Local Impact:
  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and outreach.
  • Build genuine relationships and become a trusted resource in your local market.
Deliver Tailored Solutions:
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Identify coverage gaps and provide customized solutions for full protection.
Be the Face of Allstate:
  • Participate in local events like car shows, open houses, and expos.
  • Represent Allstate professionally, with care and credibility.
Build Your Brand:
  • Create a personalized marketing plan to increase outreach and visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to adapt your strategies.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Strong network leveraging skills
  • Passion for relationship-building and community engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Reliable internet and transportation for local travel
  • Availability for full-time training (9 AM–5:30 PM CT) for 3 weeks
