Job summary

CMM Roofing, Inc is seeking a driven business development professional for an outside sales role covering Philadelphia and tri-county area. You’ll meet facility managers, property owners, and general contractors, building long-term relationships and driving new revenue.

You’ll manage your own pipeline, collaborate with estimating and operations, and earn uncapped commissions. The position offers a company-provided vehicle, health insurance, and a clear growth path.

CMM Roofing is a growing national commercial roofing contractor specializing in roofing, building envelope trades, and roof consulting services. We're expanding our presence in the Philadelphia and tri-county area and looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help us grow into new markets and verticals — including manufacturing, healthcare, commercial office, and industrial facilities.

About the Role

This is an outside, on-the-road Business Development position covering the Philadelphia and surrounding tri-county market. You won't be behind a desk — you'll be out meeting facility managers, property owners, property managers, general contractors, and decision-makers, building the kind of relationships that turn into long-term business. If you're someone who thrives on face-to-face selling, enjoys the hunt for new business, and wants to be rewarded directly for what you bring in, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development — commercial roofing, construction, or building materials experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable being on the road daily throughout the Philadelphia tri-county area and managing your own schedule
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you know how to earn trust
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality; you don't wait for leads to come to you
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, required for company-provided vehicle
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed
