Job summary

CMM Roofing, Inc is seeking a driven business development professional for an outside sales role covering Philadelphia and tri-county area. You’ll meet facility managers, property owners, and general contractors, building long-term relationships and driving new revenue.

You’ll manage your own pipeline, collaborate with estimating and operations, and earn uncapped commissions. The position offers a company-provided vehicle, health insurance, and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or business development experience; roofing/construction familiarity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel throughout Philadelphia tri-county; on-the-road role.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial accounts across the Philadelphia tri-county area
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, general contractors, and REIT/property management contacts
• Represent CMM Roofing at industry events, site visits, and in-person meetings
• Manage your own pipeline — from first contact through proposal and close
• Collaborate with our estimating and operations teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing client relationships to identify repeat and expansion opportunities
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM
