A nonprofit organization in Chicopee is seeking compassionate Outreach Workers to support individuals living with disabilities and mental health challenges. In this full-time role, you will assist participants with daily living tasks and access community resources. The position offers a pay rate of $20 an hour, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a valid driver's license.
