Job summary

The role is full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week with occasional weekends and meetings. Compensation: $23–$25 per hour.

• Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment and working with diverse volunteer populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and hosting outreach events in the community and on campus.
• Manage outreach projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Manage purchasing, event supplies, transportation, and other logistics for outreach events and ministries.
• Equip and support volunteer team leaders for Outreach ministries and projects.
• Coordinate and support the global care, hospitality, and housing teams.
• Develop social media content and promotional materials for outreach opportunities.
• Prepare and track agendas, minutes, and reports; manage partner updates.
