Primary Position Responsibilities: Responsible for promoting the Gospel-sharing ministries of Stonecroft volunteers, with a focus on enhancing program effectiveness and providing overall volunteer support. This role requires a minimum of 4 nationwide trips annually to work with Outreach group leaders. All staff must travel at least 8 days per year for bi-annual nationwide staff gatherings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, equip, support, and encourage volunteers to carry out Gospel initiatives, meeting annual ministry goals. Continually cast the vision for effective evangelism through events, training, support, materials, and personal interactions.
- Oversee the coordination and national rollout of Outreach programs, projects, and resources. Lead planning and implementation of outreach initiatives with key volunteers.
- Ensure the use of current, properly branded Stonecroft materials in the field.
- Use communication tools to motivate volunteers to initiate new outreach efforts and seek prayerful guidance. Provide tactful recommendations to improve existing volunteer models.
- Set realistic expectations for volunteers regarding Home Office support.
- Serve as liaison for volunteer questions, concerns, and ideas between volunteers and the home office.
- Maintain regular communication with all 9 Zone leaders through various channels to ensure consistency across volunteer groups.
- Travel to collaborate with field leaders, ensure effective rollout of new programs, and assess program quality and impact.
- Assist the Director of Outreach in developing and executing annual goals and budgets aligned with the strategic plan.
- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate outreach effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with the Training Instructor for additional training or mentoring when necessary.
- Represent Stonecroft at events, including speaking engagements as approved by the supervisor.
- Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Stonecroft Staff Handbook.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Passion for leading others to a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and supporting spiritual growth.
- Proven commitment to evangelism.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in volunteer recruitment, training, and leadership within a ministry setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a non-profit environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong commitment to delegation and teamwork.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent team-building skills.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands include frequently lifting/moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role requires regular use of hands for handling and feeling, as well as talking and hearing. Sitting is frequent, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee may work up to 10 hours daily at a computer.
