Volunteer: Make A Difference, Madison! - Local Coordinator to Exchange Students

Join us at Education Travel & Culture as a Local Coordinator to make a positive impact on exchange students' lives. ETC provides inbound programs for high school students to study in the U.S. and live with American families, as well as outbound programs for students abroad. We are a nonprofit organization committed to supporting students and host families through a network of dedicated coordinators and staff.

ETC recruits host families nationwide for international high school students. We seek Part-Time Local Coordinators who will:

• Work closely with students, families, and schools, overseeing exchange students monthly
• Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support
• Assist in recruiting host families through various outreach methods, earning compensation per recruitment

This position is an independent contractor role, allowing you to work remotely and set your own schedule.

Qualifications include:

• Problem-solving skills and ability to support students and families
• Self-motivated, organized, well-connected in your community
• Driver’s license and transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Recruitment experience is a plus

Compensation varies based on recruitment and oversight, and this is a supplemental income opportunity.
