Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa is seeking an Outreach Worker Supervisor to lead county-wide street outreach for people experiencing homelessness. You will supervise Outreach Workers and program staff, coordinate referrals, and support clients from engagement to housing through crisis intervention and comprehensive services.

The role requires a High School Diploma or HSE, 1–2 years of outreach experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required; 1–2 years outreach experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within six months or hire date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile outreach and client engagement to homeless individuals and families.
• Follow E.A.R. procedures per policy.
• Coordinate wrap-around services including housing, health care, and legal assistance.
