Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Outreach Enrollment Specialist has the primary responsibility of scheduling members for enrollment into an eligible care management program. The Outreach Enrollment Specialist supports the implementation and delivery of Sharecare’s VBCM program by providing high quality telephonic/digital enrollment with members in a virtual call center environment. The VBCM program is based on a patient-centered model to help improve a member’s total well-being in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The position requires excellent sales, telephonic communication, and customer service skills.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm CT.

Position Start Date:

June 2, 2025. Due to the training structure, new hires cannot miss any days in the first 30 days of employment.

Essential Job Functions
  • Utilizes automated dialer to make outbound calls for enrollment, meeting productivity and quality metrics.
  • Explains the VBCM program thoroughly and schedules appointments between members and Care Managers using shared calendars.
  • Uses email to confirm and modify appointments.
  • Inputs and updates member data accurately and timely in the system.
  • Provides clerical support to the VBCM program as needed.
  • Cross-trains to support all team members.
  • Completes required training for the role.
  • Participates in team huddles and meetings when requested.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Effective at working with all management levels, demonstrating initiative and customer service excellence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, adaptable, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Resilient and effective in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven success in influencing outcomes in customer service environments.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, call centers, or customer service.
  • Experience in clinical environments is preferred.
