Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Outreach Enrollment Specialist has the primary responsibility of scheduling members for enrollment into an eligible care management program. The Outreach Enrollment Specialist supports the implementation and delivery of Sharecare’s VBCM program by providing high quality telephonic/digital enrollment with members in a virtual call center environment. The VBCM program is based on a patient-centered model to help improve a member’s total well-being in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The position requires excellent sales, telephonic communication, and customer service skills.
Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm CT.
June 2, 2025. Due to training requirements, new hires must not miss any days during the first 30 days of employment.
