Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Outreach Enrollment Specialist has the primary responsibility of scheduling members for enrollment into an eligible care management program. The Outreach Enrollment Specialist supports the implementation and delivery of Sharecare’s VBCM program by providing high quality telephonic/digital enrollment with members in a virtual call center environment. The VBCM program is based on a patient-centered model to help improve a member’s total well-being in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The position requires excellent sales, telephonic communication, and customer service skills.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm CT.

Position Start Date

June 2, 2025. Due to training requirements, new hires must not miss any days during the first 30 days of employment.

Essential Job Functions
  • Utilizes automated dialer to make outbound calls to members, with productivity and quality metrics set by leadership.
  • Explains the VBCM program thoroughly and schedules appointments between members and Care Managers using shared calendars.
  • Uses email to confirm and modify appointments as needed.
  • Accurately inputs and updates member data into the system in a timely manner.
  • Provides clerical support for the VBCM program as needed.
  • Cross-trains to support all team members.
  • Completes necessary training and actively participates in team meetings.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of problem-solving.
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven success in customer service environments.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least one year of experience in sales-driven, call center, or customer service roles.
  • Experience in clinical environments is preferred.
