Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Outreach Enrollment Specialist is primarily responsible for scheduling members for enrollment into an eligible care management program. This role supports the implementation and delivery of Sharecare’s VBCM program by providing high-quality telephonic/digital enrollment with members in a virtual call center environment. The VBCM program is patient-centered, aiming to improve a member’s total well-being in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The position requires excellent sales, telephonic communication, and customer service skills.
Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm CT.
June 2, 2025. New hires must attend training without absence for the first 30 days.
