Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Outreach Enrollment Specialist is primarily responsible for scheduling members for enrollment into an eligible care management program. This role supports the implementation and delivery of Sharecare’s VBCM program by providing high-quality telephonic/digital enrollment with members in a virtual call center environment. The VBCM program is patient-centered, aiming to improve a member’s total well-being in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The position requires excellent sales, telephonic communication, and customer service skills.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm CT.

Position Start Date

June 2, 2025. New hires must attend training without absence for the first 30 days.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Utilize automated dialer to make outbound calls for member enrollment, meeting productivity and quality metrics.
  2. Explain the VBCM program thoroughly and schedule appointments with Care Managers using shared calendars.
  3. Communicate confirmed or modified appointments via email.
  4. Accurately input and update member data in the system promptly.
  5. Provide clerical support to the Value-Based Care Management program as needed.
  6. Cross-train to support all team members administratively.
  7. Complete required training to support the role.
  8. Participate in team huddles and meetings as requested.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and excellent customer service.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, capable of multitasking, and problem-solving.
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Successful in influencing customer service outcomes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, call center, or customer service environments.
  • Experience in clinical settings preferred.
