Job summary

The University of Kansas Medical Center's SOM Wichita Pediatrics is seeking a Program Coordinator – Outreach to support the Psychiatric Access Program, coordinating activities, recruitment, and communications across rural Kansas. The role ensures project tasks align with grant requirements and reports progress to the Program Manager and partners.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of project coordination experience.
• Experience with outreach, recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and marketing activities.
• Experience with grant-supported programs and in healthcare or public health settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of project activities and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up items.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for leadership and partners.
• Support outreach, recruitment, and engagement with practices and professionals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
