Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks an Outreach Services Clerk to support the Street Outreach Team. You will document engagements, assist in grant-based fund tracking, and help prepare reports for internal leadership and external partners.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work in an office-based setting with occasional travel within the Tulsa metro area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and allocate resources for outreach.

• Ability to prepare clear reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document engagements with individuals in the field.
• Purchase, track and document grant-funded resources.
• Maintain organized workspace for outreach duties and supplies.
• Record harm reduction and testing supply documentation and distribution.
• Collect data and create outreach reports for leadership.
• Inspect and report maintenance needs for outreach vehicles.
• Coordinate with local businesses for supplies and consumables.
