Job summary

Vi is seeking an Outreach Manager to develop and maintain key relationships that promote the care center’s services and generate referrals for admissions.

The role focuses on marketing, outreach events, and public relations, with opportunities to speak publicly, tour communities, and build strong partnerships with local leaders. A drivers license and health-care marketing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care.
• Experience with community outreach and presentation to various size groups, organizations and individuals.
• College degree is required.
• Must possess a valid and current state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating outreach events to attract referrals and leads.
• Develop and evaluate an outreach/marketing plan on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Represent Vi and build relationships with business and community leaders; conduct tours and public speaking engagements.
• Partner with Sales Director to identify potential residents for care centers.

Responsibilities

**Outreach Manager**

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to develop and maintain key relationships/partnerships to promote the services offered within the care center; generate qualified referrals resulting in lead generation and admissions for the community through marketing, outreach and public relations activities.

This Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Identifying opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating referral, outreach events or activities to attract and secure referrals that generate leads.
• Developing and evaluating a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan.
• Representing the company and establishing relationships with business and community leaders as well as conducting public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center.
• Partnering with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants are repossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care. Experience with community outreach and presentation to various size groups, organizations and individuals preferred; College degree is required. Must possess a valid and current state driver's license.

Additional Requirements Include

• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking.
• Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals.
• Knowledge of operations, services and continuum of care in all venues in the community.
