Resource Innovations is seeking an Outreach Lead to join our Chandler, AZ team. You will recruit and onboard service providers, manage outreach activities, and support energy-efficiency programs for commercial customers.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong communication, and a background in lighting/HVAC or building systems. Local travel (~25%) and a valid driver’s license are required for this on-site role in the greater Phoenix area.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience with energy-efficiency.
• Must be located in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area.
• Local travel within the Greater Phoenix area is expected, averaging approximately 25% of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Provides education and technical assistance to lighting, HVAC, mechanical, controls, and engineering vendors to encourage participation in utility sponsored energy efficiency incentive programs.
• Communicates key objectives, strategies, and priorities to stakeholders and contributors.
• Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with local organizations, associations, subcontractors, and community groups.
• Provides excellent customer service to clients, end-use utility customers, vendors, delivery team members, and industry partners.
• Represent Utility and program at local events.
• Project specific outreach to find projects that will complete this year and support the contractor or customer in getting it into our pipeline.
• Industry outreach as guided by the Outreach Team, contacting trade allies to identify projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
