Job summary

Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter orders into Horizon per protocol.
• Perform pre-analytic specimen collection and processing.
• Handle patient inquiries, scheduling, and clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate department logs and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and center readiness.
• Support billing and coordination of workflow for specimens and records.
