Responsibilities

• Enter orders and specimens into Horizon per protocols.
• Perform ABN checks for Medicare patients and assist with forms.
• Handle phone calls and provide courteous patient service.
• Prepare service center for daily activity and open/close as required.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely processing of specimens and paperwork.
