• Assist with ABN checks for Medicare patients and explain options.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally; maintain logs and documentation.
• Manage scheduling, draw-site setup, and daily center readiness.
• Coordinate workflow for specimens and paperwork to ensure timely processing.
