Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness.
• Ability to engage diverse populations with sensitivity.
• Experience delivering outreach services and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury prevention services through mobile outreach.
• Distribute naloxone and wound care supplies per health guidelines.
• Conduct residue drug checking and educate on overdose risk reduction.
• Link participants to health, housing, and social services; maintain HMIS records.
