Job summary

Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) invites applications for an Outreach Coordinator to implement and coordinate our outreach program. You will lead youth and community outreach efforts, manage Safe Place coordination, and build connections with schools, police, health providers, and community groups to raise awareness and connect youth to services.

The role requires comfort with at-risk youth, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Comfortable engaging with at-risk youth in varied settings.
• Experience in public speaking and community outreach.
• Ability to lift and move items and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth and community outreach activities and events.
• Coordinate Safe Place program logistics and partner trainings.
• Maintain accurate outreach and program documentation.
• Develop relationships with schools, police, health providers, and community groups.
• Prepare for and participate in mobile and street outreach activities.
