Qualifications

  • Mental Health related bachelor’s degree or documented mental health services experience.
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention to promote wellness and recovery.
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources.
  • Provide follow-up services and transportation to clients who accept services.
  • Conduct initial intake interview and client needs assessments.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time HMIS documentation.
  • Participate in multi-agency, multidisciplinary teams to review client progress.
  • Work in remote areas (encampments and desert conditions).
  • Maintain open communication with team members and MCIT Manager.
