Job summary

Be Beyond Great Tumbling Studio in Las Vegas is seeking a Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist to connect with families and promote our tumbling programs for children aged 15 months to 16 years. You will guide families through enrollment, support outreach events, and collaborate with coaches to ensure a smooth experience for new and returning students.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in community outreach, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families and community partners.
• A passion for working with youth and promoting positive, family-oriented programs.
• Self-motivation and creativity to develop new outreach strategies.
• Organizational skills to manage events and enrollment processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with local schools, community organizations, and families to promote our programs.
• Organizing and attending outreach events to increase awareness of our studio’s offerings.
• Assisting families in the enrollment process and answering questions about our classes, teams, and special events.
• Collaborating with our coaching staff to ensure a seamless experience for new and returning students.
• Tracking enrollment data and providing feedback to help improve our outreach efforts.
