North Carolina State University is hiring an Outreach Coordinator in Raleigh, NC to expand SPEED user engagement and strengthen collaborations across academia, industry, and government. You will recruit new users, coordinate onboarding, and develop programs connecting researchers with advanced facilities.

This role supports the SPEED NSF-funded platform, with a Monday–Friday schedule and the potential for occasional after-hours events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in outreach, program, or stakeholder-engagement.
• Experience coordinating events, workshops, or community outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM, webinar, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Expand access to cutting-edge research and build partnerships across academia, industry, government, and education.
• Recruit and engage prospective users through outreach, conferences, meetings, partnerships, and networking activities.
• Plan workshops, webinars, demonstrations, and sponsor visits; manage logistics and communications to deliver engaging experiences.
