Job summary

Catholic Charities Community Services seeks an Outreach Coordinator to lead citywide immigrant outreach and connect individuals with free immigration legal services. You will engage vulnerable communities, coordinate outreach with partners, and promote CCCS programs and the MOIA hotline for referrals.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires field outreach across NYC, occasional weekend/evening work, and collaboration with the Program Manager and data team to ensure successful services delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training related to the position.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, administrative and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to all five boroughs and work some weekend/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate an outreach strategy with community partners, parishes, schools and organizations.
• Attend events to promote CCCS legal services, screenings and referrals.
• Develop and distribute trainings and outreach materials for communities.
• Maintain updated resources in attendee packets and community service providers information.
• Track outreach presentations and attendance via CRM and data systems with the data team.
• Maintain knowledge of city agencies and external referrals for wraparound services.
• Support program coordinators to ensure full capacity clinics and coverage as needed.
• Assist intake communications while maintaining client confidentiality.
