Job summary

BrightView is seeking a results-driven partnership specialist to identify, develop, and grow referral relationships across healthcare, criminal justice, and community organizations. You will conduct regular partner visits, facilitate access to treatment, and drive referral volumes.

In this role you will use daily outreach, CRM tracking, and reporting to measure success, represent BrightView at events, and align outreach with our mission to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sales, outreach, or performance-driven experience.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice sales or account management.
• Knowledge of addiction medicine or behavioral health industry.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
