Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–3 years of healthcare experience including marketing, outreach, or servicing referral sources.
• Experience with health insurance programs and payer requirements.
• Knowledge of healthcare and home-care systems.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data-tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and develop professional community relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential client and company information per policy.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned service area, with travel up to 80%.
