The ideal candidate is both data-driven and people-oriented—comfortable analyzing data surrounding campaign performances, while also building meaningful partnerships with providers and community organizations.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with clinical goals and patient populations.
  • Work in tandem with the clinical intake team to track and manage referral sources through marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor patient acquisition trends and support initiatives to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with intake and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact to admission.
  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Collaborate on content creation, including newsletters, blog posts, patient education materials, and social media content.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice, clinical integrity, and compliance standards.
  • Assist in campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Events & Community Engagement
  • Assist in planning, hosting, and attending community events (e.g., educational workshops, provider-facing presentations, open houses, etc.).
  • Represent the clinic at local events, conferences, and tabling opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, materials, and follow-up for outreach events.
Qualifications
Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
  • Ability to balance independent work style with effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications: (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Rush, Premiere, etc.).
  • Experience in mental health, healthcare, or behavioral health settings.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Previous event planning experience.
Working Conditions
